Your Instructors

“I never teach my pupils; I only attempt to provide the conditions in which they can learn.”
– Albert Einstein

Collective Energy Tribe thrives off of its community and its shared knowledge. At the heart of this experience are the instructors who bring their invaluable skills to share with others. Whether it is dance, healing meditation, or basic fitness, the bond between the learner and a teacher who supports their flourishing is essential.

Gina Zane

Founder, Reiki Master, Hypnobirthing Practitioner

I grew up in Huntington Beach, Ca. and still call it home. I had both of my
children at home with midwives. This was in the late 70’s and early 80’s.
We didn’t know about Hypnobirthing but I sure wish we did.  I tried
two different types of birthing classes that were available at the time. These
we not as successful as I would have liked them to be. I knew someday I was
going to find a birth path that was in harmony with the mommies labor and
without pain. That’s when I found Marie Mongan’s Hypnobirthing and fell in love
with it!

Along with my certification in Hypnobirthing I also have a certification in
Hypnosis. My Grandmother was a Curandera (healer/childbirth) from Taos Pueblo
in New Mexico. I’m honored to have your trust and that you would allow me to be
a part of your journey to a beautiful birthing experience. My goal is to see
you have the best birth experience ever!

When I started my journey to become a Reiki Master, I knew that it was
already in me. I was already a Certified Hypno-birthing
Instructor and was picking up people’s internal energy and I felt a
natural inclination to want to help and heal people.  I just needed to
discover how to harness my energy into helping others on a deeper level.

When I am conducting a Reiki session, I bring all the gifts and tools I have
as an energy healer, I do NOT separate treatments.  I believe in the
“Power of All” which includes Essential Oils, Crystals, Pendulum, and a little
Hypnosis to deepen your relaxation. I bring it all into every session.

Laura Horvath

Stretch

Having grown up in Huntington Beach, Laura has always been able to take advantage of outdoor as well as indoor activities. Sailing, ballet, gymnastics, backpacking, and surfing has kept her busy throughout her youth. In 2010 Laura began taking yoga classes through a random Groupon and was introduced to Vinyasa Yoga. The Vinyasa style of yoga offered a fluid flow along with the option to step-it-up with the more powerful strength moves. Besides improving the athletic aspects of life such as surfing (balance), sailing (strength) and backpacking (breath control /stamina), yoga provided an inner contentment, patience, and bliss. In 2012 she decided that she needed to share that joy with others and received her 200Hr. certification along with the extensions program, and level 2 teacher training. “Yoga can open up a whole new world in which patience, strength, and balance live in harmony.” By teaching yoga Laura has been able to see that path open for others and watch that joy blossom within their lives. More recently Laura has been slowing things down and focusing on individual body parts and needs. Incorporating yoga props to allow the body to relax and incorporate the breath as a tool to eliminate the common stresses of our current lifestyle.

Rocio Solis

Mindful Meditation, Gentle Vinyasa

From a young age, Rocío was drawn to natural healing and the
spiritual way of living. She started practicing Vinyasa in 2014 to ease off
stress after taking on the quest to climb the corporate ladder, she also
started hiking that same year. Mixing both of her new hobbies together by
spending most of her free time hiking to secluded nature spots to practice Yoga
& meditate eventually reaching mountain tops where she found a deeper
connection to Mother Nature. In 2018, she came across the House of Kundalini Yoga
in Santa Ana, CA where she started attending classes regularly led by Ram Dass
Bir Singh. Weaving in her Asana practice and Kundalini Meditation she found
roots, tradition & mysticism in Yoga. In 2020, she decided to quit her job
and pursue something more fulfilling with a greater purpose, that’s when she
enrolled in Shiva Rae’s Samudra Global School of Living Yoga completing 400hrs
YTT in Prana Vinyasa with teacher affiliate Kelley Doyle in 2021. While still
on board in teacher training, she began to teach private Yoga sessions and
group settings to friends and family finding her voice and style of teaching.
Her goal is to give a deeper understanding of oneself and the Universe and to
promote feelings of self-love and acceptance.

He is informed by an eclectic set of influences to bring an uplifting flow balancing flexibility, mobility, strength and of course, serenity.

Linda Crossley

Gentle Yoga Nidra, Stretch

I discovered yoga in 2002 on the East coast and has been a dedicated practitioner and
student ever since. My personal experience with, and passion for, yoga inspired me to
share its healing power (inside and out) with others as a yoga teacher. In 2007, I began to
teach yoga and continue to enjoy guiding students through their practice, encouraging
students to focus on breath awareness and to listen to their own bodies. My style of yoga
is permission-based, trauma-informed and breath-centered. I also includes yoga
philosophy, pranayama and meditation into my classes to assist students in experiencing
the full benefits of a regular yoga practice.
I am passionate about sharing the benefits that will naturally develop in students as a
regular yoga practice is embraced. I get a great deal of satisfaction from assisting
students on their personal journeys toward self-acceptance and unconditional love. I
truly believe yoga provides a vehicle to attaining balance in life as well as enhancing a
student’s physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual wellness.
