Online Bookings for Collective Energy Tribe Classes help ensure your spot is reserved, no matter how popular the class. To ensure the quality of our classes and our ability to deliver the best experience to all patrons, reservation cancellations must abide by the following rules:
- Pre-Paid Bookings will always be given top priority for full classes, and will be guaranteed their spot unless the class is cancelled or rescheduled, up until the beginning of the class.
- Reservation Cancellations can be made up until 3 hours prior to the class, at no charge and with a full refund of the Pre-Paid Booking price.
- Reservation Cancellations which occur after this time will be treated as No Shows.
- Those who do not attend their Pre-Paid Booking will also be considered No Shows.
- No Shows will not receive a refund for their booking or the class.
- Pre-Paid Bookings who arrive after the beginning of class will lose their guaranteed spot, though they may be able to participate if space and their instructor permit.
