Hatha Flow

In our Hatha Flow class, the intention is to connect to the deeper roots of the physical form of yoga and inspire a fluid state in the body, mind and soul.

Stretch
with Laura/Linda

As the name suggests, this class helps you stretch. Not to make impressive shapes with your body, but to counter the effects that gravity and our mostly sedentary lifestyle has on everyone’s body. We’ll use breath to calm and relax the body and mind , along with slower more deliberate movement to open up stuck areas. This class utilizes body weight as well as props to help release tension in the body bringing balance to your body as well as improve posture.

Reiki & Sound Therapy
with Gina/Lisa

The ancient form of Reiki, a Japanese energy healing technique, is combined with being “bathed” in sound waves and will have the student lying in down, while both the musical and Reiki healing energy frequencies are being performed simultaneously by both a Reiki Master and a Certified Sound Therapist.  Multiple instruments like Chakra crystal bowls, brass and copper Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, rain sticks, gongs, rattles, and tuning forks are played while Reiki healing circulates energy through your body system, helping to align the main 7 Chakras of the body.

Restorative Yin Yoga

Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissue (fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones) and its potential flexibility. Seated and lying poses are held longer than other yoga styles and the focus is on deep breathing. This slower meditative type of yoga allows you to go within and find tranquility and peace.

Latin Dance Basics

This class is for students who have never danced before or anyone who would like to use dance as a fun workout, and would like to try some simple steps and routines. Latin Dance Basics is an empowering beginning body movement class that fuses Latin American music and super easy to follow dance rhythms to create a dynamic routine that helps connect you to your soul, mind and body awareness. Dance is used as a tool to heal the body and mind connection, helps our cognition and memory, and can heal our emotions and open our energy centers.

Belly Dance Flow

Belly dance flow class is a fun dance that helps to embrace your womanhood and self-confidence with self-love. It also makes your core strong and flexible; helps with: back problems, reproductive health, weight loss, and posture. Each class ends with a 10 min stretch time and mediation, will still maintaining your energy flow.

Mindful Meditation

Gentle Yoga Nidra

with Linda

A class accessible to all levels and stages that encourages each student to take a personal journey
of discovery through gentle, fluid body and breath movement to deepen awareness of interoception,
the sense of the internal state of the body. You will then be guided into a supportive shape of
choice using blankets, bolsters, and blocks to invite the body into a deeper level of comfort before
being led through a guided visualization designed to calm the mind and nervous system. The
intention for this class is to create a truly balancing, harmonizing, and integrative experience, by
inviting the mind-body into a space of being. Reconnect with easily-ignored areas of the body and
learn to listen to the natural wisdom of your own body. This class is ideal for those who are looking
for a gentle way to practice yoga in a supportive and nurturing environment or for those simply
looking to unwind and de-stress.

Kundalini Yoga

*Therapeutic Yoga is various forms of yoga that increase mobility, flexibility and general wellness of mind, body and spirit. Our yoga classes offer a Zen atmosphere, allowing our tribe the opportunity to explore their spirituality and personal growth, while also healing their body temple.

 
*Vibrational Sound Therapy is using sound bath instruments to heal the energetic frequency of the body and to reach a deep state of meditation where the real healing begins.


*Meditation is a healing form that quiets the mind and relaxes the body.


*Reiki is an energetic healing modality that relaxes and improves the energy vortexes of the body.
