Dance has been with humans since our inception as a species. The roots of dance run deeper than any one tradition. The capacity to dance is in every person–and even many animals. It has the capacity to bring us joy, keep us healthy, and even offer us healing.

Our dance & dance therapy classes can reintroduce you to your body’s capacity for movement and open you to new capacities for expressing your inner self. In dance, we can nurture more than our physical form, and learn to heal through the power of deliberate and expressive motion.
